These terms explain how you can use our platform, order from partner restaurants, and what to expect from us in return. Please read them carefully before continuing.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using FoodlyOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Ordering From Restaurants
All orders are prepared by the restaurants themselves. We display menus, prices and estimated times on their behalf, but the restaurant is responsible for fulfilment.
- Availability, menu items and pricing can change without notice.
- Restaurants may contact you directly if an item is unavailable or if clarification is required.
- Allergens and dietary information are provided by the restaurant; always contact them directly if you are unsure.
3. Payments & Refunds
We process secure payments on behalf of restaurants. Refund eligibility is determined in line with each restaurant’s policy and applicable law.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that takes place through your account.
5. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the date below.
